Honey Lemon Shortbread

This is the ideal tea snack according to my 5 yo granddaughter. At the other end of the spectrum my husband and I consider this an excellent after meal dessert, Satisfying, delicious, lite and flavorful. A thumbs up addition to meals, a great gift for all!!!
