Our Tennessee Whiskey Shortbread is every bit as smooth as the whiskey we use. (We'd tell you the brand but then they'd want a cut so let's just say it comes from Lynchburg and leave it at that) You'll love the subtle whiskey flavor of these wonderful cookies. Now we do use real whiskey in these and when the alcohol burns off during baking, our bakery is filled with the fantastic aroma of Tennessee's finest.
I love the size of these as I can pop a few during an afternoon break at work. The buttery taste of shortbread is the best.
I was very interested to try these. They are good -- of course! -- but the flavor is not at all distinguishable from a plain shortbread cookie. Ate them all anyway. :)
