Praline Shortbread Bites
The lightest, most exquisite shortbread I have ever tasted, even better than mine. These little morsels have a tender crumb, and melt in your mouth quality. "Praline" is an appropriate name, in that the taste of brown sugar leaps out with the first bite. Yummy, and I will buying more. I gave my Blackberry tin to my sister, which I'm now regretting.
