    I had never had Southern Chow Chow. I am a huge fan of anything that will go on a hotdog; so I was excited to try this product. It does not disappoint! This added a mild spiciness, with a crunchy texture to the hotdogs; along the lines of sauerkraut but with a complex flavor. Southern Chow Chow works well on hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and chili cheese omelets as well. Definitely a "must have" in any well stocked pantry.
